Moritz leads Education Consulting in Europe at SAP. He describes frameworks & tools for user enablement – as well as some concrete projects where customers had a holistic approach to IT user enablement. We also discuss the role of transformation and change management in such projects, which is not that new than some newer EdTech trends – but always an important success factor. At the end Moritz also shares his own development like a recent social sabbatical as well as a parallel on how his nephew learns computer games.
