Dr. Gazelle has had her own resilience journey, moving on from a childhood that included severe abuse, and building a life that includes much success, joy, and laughter.

Dr. Gazelle is the author of Everyday Resilience. A Practical Guide to Build Inner Strength and Weather Life’s Challenges, released in August 2020. She’s a well-respected thought leader and incredibly popular podcast guest. Her work has also been featured in such diverse venues as the New England Journal of Medicine and O, the Oprah Magazine.
