She supports clients across industries, with specific expertise in MedTech and BioPharma, as well as Health Care & innovation ecosystems more broadly.  

Amy is a co-author of BCG’s Most Innovative Companies report, which is the firm’s most widely read publication each year. Her approach to corporate innovation focuses especially on how strategy informs innovation priorities, translates to execution, and is supported by external ecosystems.  

Before joining the firm, Amy studied Translational Biology & Molecular Medicine as a Fellow at Baylor College of Medicine. She was also a founder and board member of Enventure, a non-profit organization that empowers life science entrepreneurs with educational and networking resources.
