As a Technology Strategist at Microsoft, she consults US High Tech Enterprises and direct technology transformation projects with MSFT AI and Cloud solutions. With more than a decade of experience in emerging technology and digital transformation, she has shaped the business decisions of various multinational corporations across a range of industries. She has also established thought leadership and driven sales, adoption, and successful deployment of Microsoft AI products and service offerings. 
 
She is passionate about solving societal challenges with innovative and responsible AI. As a scholar, speaker, and author, she has researched and educated on socially responsive AI, decision-making and decision intelligence, using AI for good and social innovation. She has been conferred the status of an “Individual with Extraordinary Ability” by the US Government for her work and achievements. She thrives on meeting people and engaging in discussions that challenge norms and foster diverse perspectives.  

She considers herself to be a “Pracademic,” as she is both an active practitioner and an academic within her subject area. She offers this piece of advice: “Do your job well and love what you do. Being diverse is an advantage, [and] good leaders understand and nurture it.”
