Manu is a Services Leader in MEE region for SAP Concur, our cloud solution for travel and expense management. At his core Manu is customer obsessed and laser focused and devoted to the people and customers that deploy SAP travel and expense across the globe. We were talking on the role of cloud mindset, success factors for cloud implementations and the paradigm shift for users and IT. And we discussed that cloud journeys are more than moving on premise systems 1:1 on a hyperscaler infrastructure. But for now, let’s jump into the episode.
