Guest Speaker: Sonja Simon, Chief Financial Officer for SAP Latin America & Caribbean at SAP

Sonja Simon is the Chief Financial Officer for SAP Latin America and the Caribbean region owning the responsibility for financial activities, including driving finance efficiency and profitable revenue growth. She is an experienced global and regional finance executive with a proven track record of driving sustainable growth and leading through business transformations. Focus areas include all aspects of P&L management, business process innovation, business governance and strategy execution. Passionate about people development and driving for continuous change.

During Sonja’s 15 year career with SAP, she was also responsible for the group’s statutory accounting functions worldwide as well as owning the role of  SAP's Head of External Reporting where she was responsible for SAP's annual and quarterly reporting requirements under IFRS, German GAAP and SEC law, including SAP's Integrated Report, Form 20F, quarterly statements, etc.

Before joining SAP, Sonja was an auditor for Ernst & Young, Germany. Sonja holds an Executive MBA from Mannheim Business School, Germany as well as a BS in Accounting from University of Maryland.

Guest Speaker: Carl-Christian von Weyhe, Chief Financial Officer, Middle and Eastern Europe at SAP

Carl-Christian von Weyhe is the Chief Financial Officer for the region Middle and Eastern Europe spanning from Cologne in Germany to Vladivostok in Russia. For MEE he owns the full responsibility for all financial activities, including management of the P &L as well as profitable revenue growth. He is an experienced global and regional finance executive with a proven track record of driving sustainable growth and leading through business transformations. He did hold many positions in Finance & Controlling in his 23 years at SAP.

Carl-Christian holds an MBA and PhD from the University for Marburg, Germany.
