Jeff Bonnell is Senior Director, Global CoE at SAP. Jeff has extensive experience in service and asset management, and MRO supply chain management, advising organizations how to optimize their field service and maintenance operations, improve asset performance, reduce costs and minimize downtime. Jeff has worked with companies in more than 20 counties covering industrial manufacturers, energy & utilities, medical technology, public sector, and Hi-tech manufacturers. Jeff has an MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business (University of Western Ontario), an Industrial Engineering Degree from Dalhousie University, and a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from Mount Allison University.

Richard Howells has been working in the Supply Chain Management and Manufacturing space for over 30 years. He is responsible for driving the thought leadership and awareness of SAP’s ERP, Finance, and Supply Chain solutions and is an active writer, podcaster, and thought leader on the topics of supply chain, Industry 4.0, digitization, and sustainability.
