Anchal Sood is currently working with Global Center of Excellence for Digital Supply Chain at SAP. She collaborates with customers from diverse industries on digitizing their supply chain processes, emphasizing resilience and sustainability. Her responsibilities include developing Go-to-Market strategies, messaging, and providing thought leadership across various supply chain domains.

With 20 years of experience and a strong academic background in Supply Chain and Operations Management, Anchal is passionate about leveraging emerging technologies to drive innovation in supply chain area.

Guest: Claus Jensen, SAP

Claus Jensen (*1974) studied Marketing and Logistics in Aarhus, Denmark. After graduation in 1995, he held various supply chain roles with A.P. Moller/Maersk, Global Transaction Services and Superfos. Claus joined SAP in 2008 as Solution Advisor for SAP’s Extended Supply Chain portfolio. Since then, he has held roles in Business Development, Corporate Strategy, Presales and Value Engineering. Claus is now part of SAP’s global Center of Excellence for Digital Supply Chain where he focuses on supply chain planning and business value realization topics. Throughout his career, business process transformation has been a core activity for Claus, executing and supporting transformation projects before and during his SAP tenure.

Host: Richard Howells, SAP

Richard Howells has been working in the Supply Chain Management and Manufacturing space for over 30 years. He is responsible for driving the thought leadership and awareness of SAP’s ERP, Finance, and Supply Chain solutions and is an active writer, podcaster, and thought leader on the topics of supply chain, Industry 4.0, digitization, and sustainability.

Host: Nicole Smythe, SAP

Nicole Smythe is a marketer, blogger, and podcaster in the Digital Supply Chain and ERP space at SAP. With a Master’s degree in Global Supply Chain Management and various field experiences, she hopes to bring a fresh, new perspective to the space with her active marketing contributions, focusing on topics like market trends, emerging technology, and the next generation of workers.
