Nach einiger Zeit sind wir endlich wieder dazu gekommen eine neue Folge unserer Reihe „Digitale Weiterbildung – Basics“ aufzunehmen. Nachdem wir bisher meist Lernkonzepte wie Social Learning oder Blended Learning vorgestellt haben, widmen wir uns in dieser Ausgabe mal der Frage nach dem Nutzen und der Messbarkeit des betrieblichen Lernens. Thomas hat sich schon seit einiger Zeit intensiv mit dem Thema beschäftigt und gibt Einblicke in wissenschaftliche Untersuchungen sowie Beispiele und Tipps aus der betrieblichen Praxis.
