Welcome to openSAP Invites. I’m your host Robert Nichols, and in this episode, I introduce Dr. Steven Hunt.  Steve and I first worked together on an openSAP course in 2015.  We came back together again in 2020, to develop and deliver two openSAP courses on Human Experience Management (HXM).  In addition to experts from across SAP and Qualtrics, Steve helped to architect the openSAP Course titled Human Experience Management (HXM) - The Next Phase of HR released in October 2020.  In this podcast, Steve and I briefly discuss what is Human Experience Management and why it is so important to enable HR with HXM technology to create more agile, adaptive, and successful companies.  Steve discusses how employee experiences have a direct relationship to company performance.  In this podcast, he reviews what are the different types of employee experiences that determine how we feel about our work, and how the environment we work in can influence that experience.

Guests:

Dr. Steve T. Hunt
Chief Expert for Work & Technology in the SAP Innovation Office

Steve’s work focuses on the design and deployment of technology-enabled processes to improve workforce agility, productivity, experience, engagement, and well-being. An industrial-organizational psychologist, Steve has helped create human resource solutions that have positively influenced millions of employees working for thousands of companies around the globe.
